Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photographs, dimensions, finishes, and prices. However, product colours and finishes may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings, Minor variations in dimensions, texture, or finish may occur within manufacturing tolerances.

Product designs, specifications, availability, and packaging may change, Customers are requested to verify dimensions, mounting-hole distances, materials, and compatibility before placing an order.

Such variations do not affect your rights regarding products that are defective, materially misdescribed, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

Pricing & Payments

Orders & Confirmation

Submitting a purchase order or purchase request does not automatically guarantee acceptance. A purchase order is considered accepted once EquipHome team confirms it through an invoice, order confirmation, or other written communication.

We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery location is unsupported, or there is a genuine pricing or listing error.

Any payment received for an order that we cannot fulfill will be refunded in accordance with applicable law(s).

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch confirmed purchase orders promptly and communicate estimated delivery timelines. However, the delivery time depends on product availability, order quantity, shipping location, and logistics arrangements. Shipping charges, delivery restrictions, and applicable timelines will be communicated before purchase order confirmation. The customers are expected to provide accurate delivery information. Any delays caused by transport disruptions, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules. Where a delivery is significantly delayed, customers may contact us for assistance and any remedies available under applicable law(s).

Product Installation & Usage

Certain EquipHome products require correct installation, appropriate fixing accessories, and compatibility with the furniture or surface on which they are mounted. Equip Home is not responsible for damage caused solely by incorrect installation, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to supplied instructions.

We recommend installation by a trained professional, wherever necessary. Installation services are not included unless expressly agreed upon.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our separate Refunds & Return Policy. Customers should inspect their products after delivery and report concerns promptly. Eligible concerns may include:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products
• Missing items or quantities
• Products materially different from their descriptions

Returns requested solely because of a change of preference are subject to the published return conditions. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable consumer rights.

Warranty & Product Quality

Customers are responsible for approving final specifications before production.
